Price
The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss Francs, net amounts, including VAT, and guaranteed. Items benefiting from a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the delivery date of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered are damages due to improper maintenance, non-compliance with the user manual, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is null in case of failure or non-compliance with delivery deadlines by our own suppliers, unless this unavailability is not attributable to our company. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment methods: Payrexx payment.
Delivery and Transport
The dispatch of available items is carried out by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. Your participation is required once per order.
NOTE: We do not deliver parcels to post boxes and do not deliver any goods to minor or ward customers unless there is written authorization from parents or guardians.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days after receiving your parcel. The return shipping costs are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are waived.
Legal Warranty
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude manifest material and manufacturing defects, as well as damages due to transportation. According to the law, you are obliged to report any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered goods to enable us to remedy them.
Data Protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for order processing will be processed electronically and may be disclosed to affiliated companies in the course of order processing.
Applicable Law and Legal Venue
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any disputes will be handled by the District Court.
